Referment is working with an AI-powered transcription and content-creation platform used by professional media, broadcast, sports and enterprise teams.
The VP Revenue will own Marketing, Sales and Customer Success as one accountable commercial organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you will strengthen the full journey from demand generation and enterprise pipeline through closing, renewal and expansion, while building the processes and forecasting discipline needed for predictable growth.
The Role
- Define the ideal customer profile and scale outbound, inbound, partnership and event-led pipeline generation.
- Improve qualification, marketing-to-sales handoffs, deal velocity, pricing and commercial process across the funnel.
- Lead new-business Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Marketing against shared targets.
- Protect and grow enterprise retention and expansion, keeping Customer Success connected to commercial outcomes and product insight.
- Own board-level reporting on pipeline health, forecasting, win/loss, sales velocity and demand-generation returns.
- Remain close to key prospects and customers and travel at least monthly for meetings or industry events.

What We're Looking For
- At least eight years in senior B2B SaaS revenue leadership.
- Experience aligning Sales, Customer Success and Marketing across new-logo and expansion motions.
- A record of enterprise revenue growth, forecasting discipline and board-level communication.
- Hands-on use of AI and revenue-operations tooling to improve pipeline quality and team productivity.
- International leadership experience; media, broadcast, sports or content-sector exposure is useful rather than essential.
