OUR WORK MODEL
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
YOUR ROLE
As VP of Revenue Operations, you will drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across Cognism’s global commercial organization. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll oversee the strategy, processes, and systems that power our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams—ensuring every function operates with precision and scale.
You’ll be a key member of the leadership team, driving decision-making, accountability, and transformation to enable Cognism’s next phase of growth.
YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES
- Define & Execute Strategy – Develop and lead Cognism’s revenue operations strategy, aligning GTM execution with company objectives.
- Drive Operational Excellence – Optimize end-to-end revenue processes to ensure predictable, efficient, and scalable growth across global markets.
- Lead Annual Planning – Oversee forecasting, quota design, territory planning, and GTM alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Technology Enablement – Evaluate, implement, and optimize revenue tech stack tools (CRM, enablement, automation platforms) that support high-performance operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and IT to drive alignment and accountability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Build and scale analytics and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Continuous Improvement – Champion process optimization, efficiency initiatives, and frameworks that enable sustainable global growth.

OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Professional Experience – 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Strategic Leadership – Proven ability to design and execute revenue strategies that deliver measurable growth and operational excellence.
- Analytical Expertise – Deep data fluency, able to translate complex performance metrics into clear business insights and actions.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset – Advanced experience with Salesforce and other revenue enablement tools (e.g., Seismic), with strong understanding of automation, data hygiene, and reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across executive, GTM, and technical teams.
- People Leadership – Skilled at hiring, developing, and inspiring diverse global teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Growth Mindset – Adaptable, resourceful, and energized by leading through change in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
