The Role

Referment is working with a vertical software business that helps construction and infrastructure teams plan, communicate, and track complex delivery work. The company has established teams in the UK and Australia and is now looking for a senior commercial leader to take full ownership of a regional go-to-market engine.

You will lead sales, customer success, and account management around one revenue number, covering new business, expansion, and retention. This is a leadership role for someone who combines strategic judgement with hands-on coaching and can build the operating rhythm behind a multi-region, land-and-expand enterprise motion.

  • Own the regional revenue plan, sales playbook, forecasting cadence, and performance standards.
  • Lead and develop player-coach team leads and individual contributors across sales, customer success, and account management.
  • Work closely with the founders on commercial strategy, then translate decisions into clear execution across the team.
  • Strengthen a land-and-expand approach that grows adoption from individual project teams into wider enterprise deployments.
  • Identify what works in one region and turn it into repeatable practices that can be applied as the business expands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
