Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the job

Wiz is looking for an established, growth-minded sales executive to join our team as Vice President, Sales EMEA. Positioned at the strategic intersection of global direction and regional execution, the VP of EMEA will set the vision and strategy leading a cross-functional team of sales leaders, account executives, and supporting functions to maximize revenue and operational excellence.

This leader will manage a team of Area Vice Presidents (AVPs) and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), driving scale, pipeline velocity, and market penetration across mature and emerging international territories. The VP of EMEA will align strategic priorities across cross-functional GTM teams, serve as the primary executive sponsor for key enterprise customer and partner relationships, and cultivate a high-performance, high-accountability sales culture across the Theatre.

  • Executive Team Management: Attract, recruit, hire, and retain top-tier sales leaders (AVPs and RVPs). Provide continuous coaching and mentorship to build strong, scalable second-line leadership structures.
  • Operational Excellence & Forecasting: Maintain a rigorous operational rhythm across the Theatre. Deliver precise monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and revenue forecasts to executive leadership, utilizing benchmarks and metrics to track progress and impact.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering (SEs), Customer Success, Channel & Alliances, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Deal Desk to execute a unified, frictionless GTM motion across EMEA.
  • Customer & Partner Sponsorship: Act as the primary Wiz executive spokesperson in the region. Build deep, lasting relationships and position value with CISO and C-suite executives at marquee enterprise accounts.
  • Cultural & Organisational Scale: Foster a high-performance sales culture emphasising accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
