About Vicarius

Vicarius is on a mission to change how the world thinks about cybersecurity - and we're doing it fast.

We build AI-native exposure remediation technology that helps organizations identify, prioritize, and fix security risks before attackers can exploit them. We're recognized in the Gartner 2025 Magic Quadrant for Exposure Assessment Platforms, serve 1000+ customers across 65+ countries, and we're not slowing down.

We're a startup. That means fast decisions, real ownership, and the kind of impact that doesn't exist in larger organizations. If you want to build something meaningful, move quickly, and work with people who care deeply about what they're doing - this is the place.

The Role

We're looking for a VP Sales EMEA to own and lead all regional sales activities across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. While the role covers the full EMEA region, we have a strong preference for candidates based in the UK, France, or Germany.

This is a role for a builder. Someone who has scaled sales organizations from the ground up, who genuinely coaches leaders, and who operates at the pace of a high-growth startup. You'll carry full ownership of revenue growth, pipeline development, strategic accounts, channel expansion, and execution across the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
