Overview

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated individual with strong sales ability, business discipline and experience in sell-side Order Management Systems to join our EMEA Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment selling multi-asset order and execution management system
  • Actively building and managing a sales pipeline through proactive hunting/prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
  • Developing solution proposals addressing all aspects of the software
  • Participating in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition
  • Shaping the future product direction, and becoming a thought leader in the space
  • Identifying partnership opportunities with complementary companies
  • Working closely with other regional sales teams contributing to global opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven technology sales professional with front-office experience, and a track record of success
  • Industry experience in order management systems for the sell side
  • Knowledge of trading platforms landscape, competitors, & functionality
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment and how it impacts trading platforms
  • Established relationships in financial services companies would be highly valued
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems, create opportunities, and execute creative, winning solutions for the client
