About the Role
The VP Source to Value Global Process Owner is accountable for the strategic effectiveness, transformation and value delivery of the global end-to-end Source to Pay value stream. The role ensures that sourcing, contracting, buying, supplier onboarding, invoicing and payment activities operate as an integrated system that improves commercial outcomes, accelerates cycle time, strengthens spend visibility, enables better supplier performance and improves the experience for business users and suppliers.
The role acts as the enterprise design and value authority for Source to Pay, ensuring that global process, data, technology, service delivery and governance choices are aligned to business value, procurement strategy, risk management and operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
- Significant experience in procurement, Source to Pay, Source to Value, procurement transformation, procurement operations or process excellence within a global, complex organisation
- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding, contracting, buying channels, supplier performance, invoicing, payment enablement, procurement governance and value realisation
- Proven experience leading enterprise transformation, operating model change, digital procurement enablement or continuous improvement in a matrix environment
- Practical experience shaping procurement technology roadmaps, ideally including Coupa, SAP, contract lifecycle management, supplier information management, analytics, automation and AI-enabled workflow
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to use spend, process, supplier and performance data to identify value opportunities and monitor benefits
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Category Management, Procurement Services, GBS, Finance, Legal, Accounts Payable, Compliance, Risk, Data, Technology and Supplier Management
- Experience in aerospace, defence, manufacturing, engineering or another regulated global environment would be beneficial
