Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned corporate and specialist vacancies.
- Support selected hiring activity and adapt recruitment approaches to different stakeholder groups.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and proactively identify talent through multiple channels.
- Lead contractor and contingent workforce recruitment activities.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation and recruitment process administration.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reporting, ATS records and hiring metrics.
- Contribute to recruitment process enhancements, governance initiatives and broader talent acquisition projects.
- Support employer value proposition, candidate experience and hiring manager experience initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Vice President of Talent Acquisition should have:
- 7-12+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within professional services, financial services or other complex environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, controls and governance.
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- High levels of learning agility, judgement and sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate within established policies and procedures.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technology.
- Individual contributor mindset; no people management responsibilities.
- Exposure to recruitment transformation, process improvement or project work is advantageous.
