£100-125,000 + Bonus + Package
London - Hybrid
We are supporting an established Investment Manager with a new Tax hire. This role reports directly into the Head of Tax and, is broad in scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of corporate and "house" tax matters across the business, including:
- UK Corporation Tax
- VAT
- International tax advisory
- Pillar Two
- Transfer Pricing
- Management and review of investor tax reporting requirements
- Oversight of fund tax compliance obligations
- Advising on fund structuring, launches and ongoing fund-related matters
- Supporting transaction activity, including deal structuring and tax advisory work
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Investments and Operations, as well as managing external advisers where appropriate

Candidate Profile
- CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong UK tax technical knowledge
- Experience gained within a leading accountancy firm and/or an in-house tax team
- Prior experience within Financial Services, Asset Management, Private Equity or a related alternative investments environment is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
