VP Transfer Pricing & International Tax

Department: 25-756 - Tax - Finance

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: UK - London

Description

We are DAZN, the global destination for sports fans. Join us as our new VP, International Tax & Transfer Pricing.

DAZN operates in 200 markets and has revenues of $5 billion. Fans in any country can watch sport in any language, on any device, live and on-demand. Reporting to the Group Tax Director, you will lead DAZN's transfer pricing agenda, taking personal ownership of the group's transfer pricing documentation process, the country-by-country reporting process, and the tax analysis of major commercial contracts between DAZN and its stakeholders, while monitoring the group's exposure to the BEPS agenda, Permanent Establishment risk.

You will assist with the development of a Corporate Tax Manager and will be a key partner to the VP Direct Tax, the wider Finance function, and DAZN's external auditors. If you want to be part of this journey, then we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Advise the business on the corporate tax implications of new commercial ventures and contracts, working closely with stakeholders across the business from the Commercial deal leads to the Finance and Legal teams.
  • Support the Group Tax Director with tax advisory projects, including research and analysis related to tax implications of new business initiatives, operating model and value chain changes, and the pricing of cross-border intercompany transactions.
  • Draft memoranda and transfer pricing policy documentation supporting the Group's transfer pricing positions and work with Group Legal to ensure that appropriate intercompany agreements are in place to support relevant intercompany transaction flows.
  • Own the Group's operational transfer pricing process from end to end, including setting and monitoring intercompany pricing, reviewing quarterly calculations and year-end true-ups, overseeing Master File, Local File and benchmarking requirements, and maintaining relationships with global transfer pricing advisers.
  • Manage the country-by-country reporting process, including notifications and preparation and review of the final deliverable.
  • Oversee the Group's Pillar Two compliance obligations, working with external advisers to manage data collection, safe harbour analysis and the preparation and review of GloBE information returns and local filings.
  • Look for opportunities for continuous process improvement, including the use of AI or other tools to automate tasks, and aspiring towards best practice where possible and in line with the DAZN Tax Strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the legislative landscape, including horizon scanning of OECD, EU and local transfer pricing developments, monitoring the impact of the BEPS agenda and Pillar Two on the Group's transfer pricing model, and monitoring Permanent Establishment risk.
  • Work as part of the team to respond to audit or other queries from tax authorities.
  • Develop the Corporate Tax Manager who will support you in these activities.
  • Develop strong working relationships across the business, including Finance, Legal and Commercial.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
