Our client, a global Real Estate Advisory team, are looking to add a VP and Director to their Debt Advisory function in London.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in debt & structured finance advisory.
Ideal Candidate:
- 6+ years of Debt Advisory/Structured Finance experience at a leading Real Estate Advisory platform or Investment Bank.
- Strong financial modelling, cash flow analysis and quantitative skillset.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to originate opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Proven experience leading complex financing transactions and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across borrowers, lenders and internal teams.

Core Responsibilities:

- Lead the origination and execution of debt advisory mandates from pitch through to completion.
- Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, lenders and institutional capital providers.
- Originate new business opportunities through existing networks and proactive client coverage.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of financing strategies and client pitches.
- Structure and negotiate senior, mezzanine and alternative financing solutions.
- Partner with Investment Sales and M&A teams to advise on financing aspects of transactions.
- Manage lender processes, due diligence and commercial negotiations across live mandates.
- Mentor junior team members and oversee transaction execution.
