Vulnerability Management Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Location: Belfast – 2/3 days per week
Positions: 3

We are partnering with a globally recognised professional services organisation that operates across multiple international markets and supports thousands of employees worldwide. With technology and cyber security continuing to be a strategic priority, the business is investing heavily in strengthening its cyber resilience, risk management capabilities and enterprise security programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Cyber Security Analyst or Vulnerability Management professional looking to further develop their expertise within a mature, enterprise-scale security function.

Vulnerability Management Analyst - Responsibilities

  • Analyse, assess and prioritise vulnerabilities identified across enterprise infrastructure, applications and technology platforms.
  • Support the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle, from identification and triage through to remediation and closure.
  • Work with infrastructure, engineering and technology teams to coordinate and track remediation activities.
  • Review vulnerability data, threat intelligence feeds and security advisories to determine business risk and remediation priorities.
  • Produce reports, dashboards and metrics to demonstrate vulnerability trends, remediation progress and overall security posture.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of vulnerability management processes, tooling and operational effectiveness.

Vulnerability Management Analyst - Requirements

  • Experience within cyber security, vulnerability management, infrastructure, technology operations or a related technical discipline.
  • Understanding of vulnerability management principles, including vulnerability assessment, prioritisation, remediation and risk management.
  • Knowledge of CVEs, CVSS scoring, risk-based remediation and vulnerability tracking methodologies.
  • Exposure to vulnerability management or security tooling such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Strong technical fundamentals across Microsoft technologies, Windows Server, Linux, networking and enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders and support remediation programmes across the wider business.
