Position: VWG Press Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes (MK5 8HL)
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (09:00-17:30)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

A Typical Day May Involve
- Work in a team of administrators to support the VWG press accounts and the brand aligned specialists across a number of operational and administrate tasks
- Liaising with the workshop and Bodyshop to understand workload and highlighting any short turnaround vehicles
- General office administration tasks, such as answering the phones, copying & scanning documents and processing of expenses
- Ensuring all PCN's and road tolls are paid in a timely manner whilst following each brands guidelines for processing these charges and ensuring receipts are sent to the specialists for invoice verification
- Assisting specialists with any data cleansing requirements on all systems
- Running de-fleet reports in accordance to each brands requirements and frequency required
- Ensuring all work has been closed down on the daily list vehicles, whilst updating the specialists on any vehicle problems
- Processing of V5's, scanning and saving for record

This Role Would Suit People Who
- Previous experience within a Planning or Administration/Data/Reporting role is essential
- Proven track record in a customer service environment
- Automotive Industry experience or knowledge would be desirable, but not essential
- Able to conduct data cleanses and report running for the stakeholders and customer
- IT literate - Internal systems and Excel
- Strong communicator at various levels - Verbal & written
- Team player and able to work collaboratively with other departments, whilst being able to work on your own initiatives
- Keen eye to detail
