Casa do Frango Piccadilly offers a large restaurant, terrace for alfresco dining, two private dining rooms, and the Green Room speakeasy for exclusive events. The Victoria restaurant in the Nova complex continues the brand’s expansion across central London. All Casa do Frango locations are known for their critically acclaimed Piri-Piri chicken, authentic Portuguese dishes, and a warm, buzzing atmosphere. Team members join a dynamic, growing hospitality group focused on memorable guest experiences and high-quality food.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Waiter role based in London at Casa do Frango. The Waiter will welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages, including Portuguese specialties and Piri-Piri chicken. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, processing payments, and ensuring the dining area is clean and well-presented. The Waiter will collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and smooth operations, while maintaining high standards of guest care and hospitality. The role also involves handling guest inquiries and feedback, supporting private events where needed, and upholding health and safety guidelines at all times.

- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, positive guest experiences.
- Experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service within a restaurant or similar environment.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear, polite, and professional interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Basic Cooking or food preparation understanding is beneficial for describing dishes and coordinating with the kitchen.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, with attention to detail and reliability in timekeeping.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurants is preferred but not strictly required.
- Comfort with handling payments, following health and safety procedures, and working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
