We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter with a genuine passion for food, hospitality and South African culture to join our team at Vivat Bacchus. Our menus showcase the diversity of South African cuisine, from much-loved traditional dishes and bold, comforting flavours to modern interpretations of regional favourites. THE ROLE
As a Waiter at Vivat Bacchus, you'll play a hands-on role in our busy restaurant, helping us deliver warm, knowledgeable and genuinely South African hospitality.
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about food, hospitality and South African culture
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional and friendly service
- Interested in learning about South African dishes, ingredients and traditions
- Respectful, approachable and positive towards customers and colleagues
- Fluent in English
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
Previous restaurant experience is welcome, but we're equally interested in people with enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.

SCHEDULE
This position offers Monday to Saturday hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
