Who we’re looking for:
We’re searching for a Waiter/Waitress who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
- A love for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Charisma and confidence to engage with guests and enhance their experience.
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
- Legal right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside our team to create an exceptional experience for guests from their arrival to departure.
- Ensure reservations are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist the management team in maximizing the dining experience and business optimization.
- Be the face of SUMI, delivering service excellence and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
