Total Earning Potential: Typically £12.5 – £15 per hour (inclusive of service charge and bonuses, subject to business performance)
About the Role
Mezcalito is looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lively, team-driven environment with clear earning potential and development opportunities.
You will play a key role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience inspired by Mexican hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to every guest.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our menu and make recommendations confidently.
- Maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and organisation of the dining area.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Passion for customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
