ABOUT PRINCESS OF SHOREDITCH
The Princess of Shoreditch is a vibrant Noble Inns venue in the heart of Shoreditch, bringing together great food, quality drinks and genuinely warm hospitality.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Waiter to join our front-of-house team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a busy and energetic environment and wants to develop their career within Noble Inns.
As part of Noble Inns, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills across our wider group and progress within the business.
THE ROLE
As a Waiter at the Princess of Shoreditch, you will play an important role in creating the experience our guests remember.
You will be responsible for providing warm, knowledgeable and attentive service from the moment guests arrive until they leave. You will work closely with the wider front-of-house, bar and kitchen teams to ensure every service runs smoothly and every guest receives the high standard of hospitality we expect.
The Princess of Shoreditch can be fast-paced and energetic, so we are looking for someone who can work with pace while maintaining attention to detail and a genuine focus on the guest.
We are looking for someone who understands that great service is about more than simply taking orders. It is about reading the table, anticipating needs, building relationships and creating an experience that makes guests want to return.

- Deliver consistently high standards of food, beverage and guest service.
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and confidently communicate menu knowledge.
- Understand and confidently explain dishes, ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements.
- Make informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, wine, beverages and current promotions.
- Anticipate guest needs and remain attentive throughout their experience.
- Manage your section efficiently while supporting the wider team.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the kitchen, bar, reservations and management teams.
- Work confidently and efficiently during busy and high-volume services.
- Maintain excellent service standards while working at pace.

- Has previous experience in a quality restaurant, pub or hospitality environment.

- Has strong attention to detail.

- Is proactive and looks for ways to improve the guest experience.
