Amazonico London is searching for a talented and passionate Waiter to join our dynamic Front-of-House team in the heart of Mayfair. About the Role – What You’ll Do
As a Waiter at Amazonico, you’ll deliver a world-class experience with every service—ensuring our guests feel cared for, engaged, and always welcome. You’ll work closely with your section team and leadership to provide a smooth, high-quality service. You will:
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, with a strong understanding of our menu
- Engage warmly with guests, responding to needs and building rapport
- Support your Section Leader in running the section efficiently
- Confidently use the point-of-sale system to process orders and payments correctly
- Ensure your section is clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times
- Be proactive in resolving issues and communicating with management
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety standards in line with company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Waiter in a premium or luxury hospitality venue
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude
- A keen eye for detail, strong teamwork, and willingness to support others
- High standards of grooming, punctuality, and professionalism
- A strong understanding of restaurant service flow and operations
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with the company
