The Role

As a Waiter at The Addison, you'll help create memorable dining and social experiences in one of London's newest hospitality destinations. Combining exceptional food and drink, live music, and effortless service, The Addison will offer guests a place to connect, unwind, and be entertained. You'll deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service while helping to shape the guest experience from day one as part of our opening team.

This is a casual opportunity, offering shifts based on business needs, events, and operational requirements.


The Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, engaging, and professional table service, creating exceptional experiences for every guest from arrival through to departure.
  • Confidently guide guests through food and beverage menus, take accurate orders, and ensure seamless delivery of dishes and drinks.
  • Build genuine guest connections, anticipating needs, handling requests professionally, and resolving issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Maintain immaculate presentation standards across dining areas, service stations, and tables while adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to deliver efficient service and uphold The Addison's high standards of hospitality and guest experience.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in premium, luxury or VIP hospitality is essential, with a strong understanding of delivering personalised guest experiences in high-end venues.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences through warm, personalised service.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage guests in a professional and approachable manner.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, composure, and service excellence.
  • A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude, with a genuine enthusiasm for food, drink, live entertainment, and London's hospitality scene.
