About the Role
As a Waiter at the Covent Garden Hotel, you will be a vital part of our guests' dining experience. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tables with grace and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with guests to ensure they have an exceptional dining experience
- Taking orders and making informed recommendations
- Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Addressing and fulfilling guests' requests promptly and professionally
What You Need
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-standard establishment
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Extensive knowledge and passion for food and beverages
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work within a team and support your colleagues
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service
