The Role
We currently have a vacancy to join our amazing team in Oche The Strand, London as part-time waiter.
As an employee, you will be a part of the overall operations of the venue. You will ensure that guest experience is second to none and that you offer efficient and quality service throughout your shift. Working closely as a team, you will support management at all times and will also help drive sales by offering excellent customer service at all times. We want to create a work environment where all our employees feel ownership of the concept, and where everyone gets to develop both their professional and personal skills.

About You
We are looking for someone who loves working with people. Someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and is always thinking of ways to improve the customer journey. Being a team player and helping others is something that will come naturally to you and you will always be striving for perfection in the work you do. We are looking for someone who is curious, patient, proactive, and service-minded and has a real passion for the food and drink industry.
Experience you will need
- Some experience of working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- A willingness to learn
- Charisma and passion for the industry
- Good hospitality skills
- Strong communication skills
