Home to one of the world’s most iconic football clubs, Stamford Bridge is a global stage for elite sport and unforgettable fan experiences. Founded in 1905, Chelsea FC competes at the highest level of domestic and European football, supported by world‑class hospitality and non‑matchday events. At the heart of West London sporting life, Legends Global works in partnership with Chelsea FC as their official F&B provider to deliver excellence on and off the pitch.
The Role
As a Waiter within the premium hospitality areas at Chelsea Football Club, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional matchday and event experiences at one of the world's most iconic sporting venues. Working across premium lounges, suites, and hospitality spaces, you'll provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to guests, ensuring every visit is memorable from arrival through to departure. As part of the Legends Global team, you'll help create outstanding experiences that reflect the highest standards of hospitality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
The Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service within Chelsea Football Club’s premium hospitality areas, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional matchday and event experience.
- Provide attentive table service, confidently guiding guests through food and beverage offerings, taking accurate orders, and ensuring seamless delivery throughout service.
- Build positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, and resolving any concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain outstanding presentation standards across hospitality suites, lounges, dining areas, and service stations, while adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements.
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service that reflects the premium standards of Chelsea FC and Legends Global.

What we're looking for
- A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences through attentive, personalised service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging a diverse range of guests in a professional and approachable manner.
- Previous experience in premium hospitality, restaurants, hotels, stadiums, sports venues, events, or corporate hospitality environments is preferred.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume matchday environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and service standards.
- A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude, with enthusiasm for live sport, events, and creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

Recruitment Process Outlined
As part of the application, candidates will be asked to record a short video response to a couple of questions, allowing us to get to know you beyond your CV. Applications and videos will be reviewed by the Legends Global team, with successful candidates invited to an induction and interview at Stamford Bridge. This role is offered on a casual, event‑based basis, with evening and weekend work aligned to matchdays and stadium events. Any offer of work will be subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks. These may include verification of identity, proof of address and right to work. All checks will be carried out in line with data protection law and we will only request information that is necessary for the role.
