Burgers worth gathering for.

Heard. is a premium fast-casual smash burger concept from 2 Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey, born from a desire to take an everyday classic and make it quietly exceptional. We combine top-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients with the rigour and technique of the world’s best kitchens. No gimmicks, no shortcuts - just maximum flavour done right.

We know our burgers are on another level - arguably one of the best in the world. But food this good deserves service to match. That’s where you come in. We are looking for warm, engaging Waiters & Waitresses to join our team - people who love great food and want to leave every single guest pleasantly surprised by exceptional, unfussy hospitality.

The Heard Package

  • Salary: £14 - £16 per year OTE (depending on experience and which Heard. restaurant you’re hired for)

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Memorable Hospitality: Be the face of Heard. Welcome guests with genuine warmth, guide them through our menu, and create an engaging, effortless experience that turns first-timers into regulars.
  • Surprise & Delight: Ensure every guest leaves raving about more than just the food. You'll bring personality, attentive care, and a naturally warm vibe to every table you touch.
  • Know Your Stuff: Become an expert on our menu, from product provenance and smash-burger technique to our curated natural wines and craft beers.
  • Bring the Energy: Work as a tight-knit team across the floor, keeping tables spotless, service fast, and shift morale sky-high.
  • Keep standards pristine: Take pride in the details - from maintaining section cleanliness to making sure the floor and setup look crisp all shift long.
