We are looking for a friendly, professional, and hardworking
Waiter/Waitress to join our team.
About The Role
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Ensure customers are happy with their experience
- Communicate customer requests and special requirements to the kitchen and management
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Prepare and clear tables efficiently
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally
- Follow all company Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Ensure orders are followed up and served within the expected timeframe

What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
