The Restaurant
Ambassadors Clubhouse is a Mayfair restaurant and bar celebrating the food, drink, music, and culture of Punjab. It is part of JKS Restaurants, the group behind Gymkhana, Trishna, and Brigadiers.
Named after the founders’ grandfather, a former Ambassador, the space draws inspiration from his residence in Northern India and the region’s abandoned party mansions. It reflects the warmth of Punjabi hospitality through the sharing of food and liquor.
The menus highlight the rich culinary heritage of North India’s Punjab, drawing on flavors from roadside stalls, family kitchens, and royal palaces. Rare recipes and traditional techniques are carefully preserved, allowing the cuisine to shine in its most authentic form.

The Role
As a Waiter/Waitress you will work closely with the management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day procedures of the restaurant, with excellent opportunities for personal development. You will receive comprehensive menu and service training, as well as team visits to the world's best producers of craft beer and whisky.

The Successful Waiter/Waitress Will Have
- Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress within a high-quality restaurant;
- Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
- A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
- Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
- The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group.
