Salary: Circa £31,000 per annum, inclusive of service charge
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and naturally positive individual, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt pace, as required
- Passionate about Food and Beverage, as well as, providing memorable guest experiences
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Available to work 40 hours per week any 5 days out of 7
- Available to work any of the following shift times: 06:30-15:00, 07:00-16:00 or 15:00-01:00
Responsibilities
- Taking and processing food and drink orders
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant
- Using product knowledge to provide ultimate guest service
- Reporting all guest feedback to the manager on duty in a timely manner
- Being hands-on and present during service, at all times
