Waiters, Junior Head Waiters & Head Waiters – Gaia London
Gaia London is looking for passionate and experienced Waiters, Junior Head Waiters, and Head Waiters to join our exceptional Front of House team.
As part of Fundamental Hospitality, you'll be joining one of London's leading luxury dining destinations, delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, elegant, and service-focused environment.

Competitive salary: £17.25–£19.40 per hour (depending on position) + uncapped monthly performance bonus (Head Waiters) + tips

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a waiter or supervisory Front of House role within fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- A strong understanding of service standards and table management
- Professional, organised, and able to perform under pressure
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
