About The Venue
At the top of the ‘Walkie Talkie’ building, Darwin is our rooftop all-day restaurant inspired by the very best of British. Laid-back but luxe, the space is inspired by nature and understated décor which allows the food – and incredible view – to do the talking!
Role Purpose
Join the team at Darwin Brasserie, our stunning rooftop restaurant at Sky Garden, where exceptional dining meets breathtaking views across London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and guest focused Waiter to be part of one of London's most iconic dining destinations, working within a high volume, quality driven restaurant environment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and drinks to the highest standards while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Building positive relationships with guests through friendly and professional service
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout busy periods
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a customer facing hospitality role preferred
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to service

This role pays up to £15.00 per hour and offers excellent benefits designed to support your personal and professional growth.
