About The Venue
At the top of the ‘Walkie Talkie’ building, Darwin is our rooftop all-day restaurant inspired by the very best of British. Laid-back but luxe, the space is inspired by nature and understated décor which allows the food – and incredible view – to do the talking!
Role Purpose
Join the team at Darwin Brasserie, our stunning rooftop restaurant located within Sky Garden, where exceptional food, outstanding service, and breathtaking views come together to create unforgettable dining experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Waiter/Waitress. Working within a high volume restaurant, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality while developing your career within a renowned hospitality business.

What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while demonstrating excellent menu knowledge
- Serving food and drinks to the highest standards with exceptional attention to detail
- Building positive relationships with guests through friendly, engaging, and professional service
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout busy periods
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and restaurant readiness at all times
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to service
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused mindset

This is a full-time position paying up to £15.71 per hour, offering excellent benefits designed to support both your personal and professional development.
