Who we’re looking for
- Friendly, confident, and enjoys chatting with people
- Great team player with good decision-making skills
- Organised and flexible (weekends & holidays included)
- Some knowledge of food, wine & beer is a plus, but not essential
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK

- Take orders, serve drinks (hot, cold & alcoholic)
- Keep the restaurant & bar clean and inviting
- Support managers and deliver top-notch service, even when busy
