Following the award of our Michelin Star, MICHAEL CAINES at The Stafford is looking for a passionate Waiter / Waitress to join our front-of-house team.

Located in the heart of St James’s, our restaurant celebrates seasonal British cuisine with modern elegance, led by renowned chef Michael Caines. Guided by his philosophy “No Reason, Just Passion,” our team is driven by a deep love for hospitality, attention to detail, and the pursuit of excellence in every aspect of service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-level dining environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting and guiding a team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing an excellent guest service experience
  • Food and Drinks service
  • Assessing a customer’s needs and making appropriate recommendations
  • Assisting the team to ensure an efficient service is provided to our guests
  • Being an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role
  • A real passion for food, wine, and spirits - enabling you to up sell and promote the items by your personal knowledge from the menu
  • Keep a cool head under pressure
  • Be keen to attend training sessions provided by management to develop their skills
  • Set up and pack down of the bar & terrace
