About the Role
As a Waiter or Waitress at Hotel California, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service that reflects our commitment to excellence and warmth. You will work in our vibrant dining areas, ensuring every guest experiences the hospitality that has made Hotel California a cherished destination in London's hospitality landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and seat them promptly at their tables
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our dining offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are carefully noted
- Deliver food and beverages to tables with meticulous attention to presentation and timing
- Maintain impeccable table settings and cleanliness throughout service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
- Process payments accurately and professionally, handling cash and card transactions with care
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Uphold Hotel California's high standards of appearance, professionalism, and conduct
- Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown as required
- Support team members to create a cohesive and collaborative work environment

- Previous hospitality experience is valued but not essential – we invest in training dedicated individuals who share our vision
