About The Venue
Located on the top floors of the iconic Walkie Talkie building, Sky Garden is one of London’s most unique hospitality destinations, offering stunning panoramic views alongside a collection of premium restaurants, bars, and event spaces. Welcoming thousands of guests each week, it combines luxury hospitality, exceptional dining, and unforgettable experiences in one of the capital’s most sought-after venues.
Role Purpose
Join the Sky Garden team as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering exceptional service in one of London’s most iconic venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to develop their career within a high-volume environment while working alongside some of the industry's best talent. This role sits within our bars team, supporting guests across two high-volume bar outlets by providing outstanding food and beverage service.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service
- Experience working in high-volume environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Good knowledge of food and beverage menus, with the confidence to make recommendations to guests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing friendly, professional, and engaging table service to guests
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery
- Making recommendations and sharing menu knowledge to enhance the guest experience
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout service areas
- Supporting the wider bars team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service
