The hotel’s 82 beautifully crafted rooms and suites and three F&B outlets offer a refined yet relaxed ambiance, with a thoughtful nod to British classic design. Each room exudes warmth and comfort, ensuring guests feel at home in one of London’s most iconic districts.
We are currently recruiting for an engaging and driven Waiter/Waitress to join our Truly Talented team.
What we offer
- £13.70 per hour + Tronc
- Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week)
You will work within the Restaurants Team that are responsible for:
- Fayre – British Cuisine Restaurant with some Mediterranean touches
- Lounge
- The ‘to go Hatch’

Responsibilities
Waiter | Waitress will include but are not limited to:
- Providing attentive, authentic and gracious service within The Shepherd Mayfair’s, beautifully designed Fayre and Lounge restaurants.
- Be an expert on all menus including allergens, dietary needs and special requests.
- Ensuring that all orders are taken and executed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for the welcoming of guests and diners at all times.
- Play an active role in positioning the Fayre, Lounge and Hatch as leading Mayfair Food and Beverage outlets.
- Engage with guests, have fun and build connections via guests and diners love for all things epicurean.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
