Job Description
You will be responsible for participating in all activities of the Restaurant, contribute to the smooth running and ensuring the highest levels of guest service.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver food dishes and drinks to our guests following the department SOP’s
- Be attentive, friendly and professional at all times
- Help create a positive and lasting guest experience
- Work as part of a close team and with other departments (Reception, Sommeliers & Kitchen)
- Have a competent level of knowledge, both of the restaurant and hotel
- Leading by example all the times

Main Duties

- Run a station during the breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Operation of the restaurant or different area of the hotel, including the taking of all orders, service of all food and drinks, preparation and payments of bills on Oracle
- Ensure that your station is clean and presentable throughout the opening times of the restaurant
- Ensure that all crockery, cutlery and any other objects needed for service are prepared and available
- Be personally responsible for your section maintaining timing of food and managing your time between tables
- Liaise with the kitchen on order taking and stock levels and any special requests
- Deliver a high, consistent level of service
- Promote the restaurant and the Club as appropriate in a professional and subtle way
- To have a thorough knowledge of the restaurant menus and wine offering
