Waiter/Waitress at The Randolph, Oxford | OTE £15.30 per hour
Bring warmth, polish, and personality to the floor of one of Oxford's most iconic addresses. We are looking for a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join the team at The Randolph, where every plate, every pour, and every welcome shapes a memorable guest experience.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Delivering warm, attentive, and knowledgeable table service across the restaurant
- Guiding guests through the menu, sharing recommendations, and answering questions with confidence
- Taking orders accurately and managing the timing and flow of each course
- Handling allergen and dietary requests with care and precision
- Maintaining clean, well presented tables and service areas throughout the shift
- Processing payments accurately and handling cash and card transactions with care
- Supporting your team during busy services and contributing to a positive floor atmosphere
What Do You Need?
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a love of great food and service
- Previous waiting or front of house experience in a fast paced, quality led environment
- Strong menu and service knowledge, or the enthusiasm and aptitude to learn quickly
- A warm, confident, and guest first personality
- The ability to stay calm, organised, and accurate under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as the rota requires
- The right to work in the UK
