Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitz’s Russell Sq. features three opulent spaces with unique personalities.
- Fitz’s Brasserie: A sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes elevated from modern palates.
- Fitz’s Bar & Parlour: A glamorous drinking den and all-day parlour. Here guests can dine on quintessentially British cuisine, sip finely crafted cocktails and savour a late-night tipple (or two). Here local foodies and intrepid travellers alike gather to create memorable tales.

About the Role
Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2 minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays!
As a Waiter/Waitress, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.
We’re looking for charismatic, confident and passionate team members to deliver unforgettable service in an elegant, fast-paced luxury environment. From morning coffees to evening cocktails, The Parlour is where timeless glamour meets modern hospitality and our team are at the heart of it all.

Responsibilities
- Creating memorable guest experiences with warm, personalised service.
- Serving food, cocktails, wines and premium beverages with confidence and attention to detail.
- Building genuine connections with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Working closely with an energetic and supportive front of house team.
- Bringing personality, professionalism and passion to every shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or luxury hospitality environment.
- A natural people person with excellent communication skills.
- Positive energy and a team-focused attitude.
- Passion for food, drink and exceptional guest service.
- Someone who thrives in a vibrant, busy environment.
- Availability to work 20hrs per week
