What the waiter/waitress role involves
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visit starts on a high note
- Taking orders, serving dishes and drinks, and providing recommendations with confidence and care
- Recognising the pace of service, knowing when to step it up and when to create calm, relaxed moments for our guests
- Learning and mastering our menu, from morning pastries and coffee to brunch plates.
- Supporting smooth service by keeping the floor and service areas clean, organised, and ready
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused atmosphere and helping each other succeed

Who we’re looking for
