We're looking for a Waiters & Waitresses who knows that great service is about more than taking an order. It's about making people feel welcome, knowing what they're talking about and creating the kind of experience guests want to come back for.

Juno is a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar launching at Olympia, blending the ease of neighbourhood dining with the energy of a West London destination. Think seasonal plates, handmade pasta, Italian wines, spritzes, negronis and a warm, generous approach to hospitality.

THE ROLE

As a Waiter or Waitress, you'll be at the heart of Juno, bringing our food, drinks and hospitality to life.

  • You'll be a confident host who knows how to make guests feel at home, whether they're popping in for a quick drink, settling in for dinner or celebrating something special.
  • You'll bring energy, personality and curiosity to every shift, while making sure every detail of the guest experience feels effortless.

WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING UP TO

  • Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
  • Bring Juno's Italian-inspired menu to life, confidently talking guests through our dishes, ingredients and specials.
  • Know your food and drinks menu inside out and be excited to keep building your product knowledge.
  • Make thoughtful recommendations and confidently drive sales through great hospitality.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of service, presentation and attention to detail.
  • Read the room and anticipate what guests need before they have to ask.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to create a seamless experience across food, drink and service.
  • Stay energised and positive throughout busy services, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do.
  • Be proactive in creating the atmosphere around you, from keeping your section looking great to bringing the right energy to the room.
  • Support your teammates and jump in wherever needed, great hospitality is always a team effort.
  • Look after our guests responsibly and make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Most importantly, have fun, bring your personality and help make Juno somewhere people can't wait to return to.
