Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Waiter/Waitress role based at The Metropolitan in Bristol. The role involves:
- Welcoming guests
- Presenting menus
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Serving dishes efficiently

- Coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Food & beverage and food service skills, including basic knowledge of menu items and table service standards.
- Fundamental cooking or food preparation awareness to communicate confidently about dishes and ingredients.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is highly beneficial.
