Overview
To deliver exceptional table service within our 2 AA Rosette Restaurant, providing a professional and memorable dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities May Include
- To support the Senior Food & Beverage Assistant with the professional service of food and beverages, ensuring 4-star standards are consistently maintained.
- To be fully familiar with and understand the day’s menus, including key ingredients and dishes.
- To prepare and lay tables in the restaurant to the required standards ahead of each service.
- To check and complete all required mise en place in preparation for each meal service.
- To ensure the correct handling, storage, and cleaning of all food service equipment in accordance with departmental procedures and work plans.
