About The Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service with a smile? Do you thrive in a vibrant and energetic environment? If so, we want you to be part of our Sidings team, on the outskirts of Hereford, situated within 2 vintage trains.
You will be working 10 hours per week, on top of your salary you will receive a share of the weekly tips. This is a fixed term contract until the end of May 2027, there is a requirement to be flexible to cover week days and weekend shifts.
As a Waiter/Waitress, You Will
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guests.
- Respond to customers inquiries and resolve any concerns.
- Confidentially advertise the offerings in our Farm Shop.
- Use of EPOS.

About You
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Proven excellent customer service skills.
- Preferably previous experience of working in hospitality.
- Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Be passionate about food, the local area and local produce.
- Dedicated team player.
