Waiter Double Red Duke – Bicester Village

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Waiter to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service every day.

About the Role
As a Waiter, you'll lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest receives knowledgeable, attentive and personalised service.
Working closely with the management and kitchen teams, you'll help create a seamless guest experience while supporting and developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences for every guest
- Lead a section confidently and efficiently during service
- Support the training and development of junior front-of-house team members
- Build strong product knowledge across our food and beverage offering
- Make thoughtful recommendations to guests, driving sales through exceptional service
- Ensure service standards are consistently maintained
- Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance

About You
You'll be:
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- An experienced waiter or waitress ready to take the next step, or an existing Head Waiter / Waitress seeking a new opportunity
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Calm and organised under pressure
- A natural team player who enjoys supporting and developing others
- Knowledgeable about food, wine and service standards
- Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
