Waiter Double Red Duke – Bicester Village

At Double Red Duke Bicester Village, we're creating something special – a warm, welcoming and beautifully curated dining experience inspired by the best of British hospitality.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Waiter to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service every day.

About the Role

As a Waiter, you'll lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest receives knowledgeable, attentive and personalised service.

Working closely with the management and kitchen teams, you'll help create a seamless guest experience while supporting and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences for every guest
  • Lead a section confidently and efficiently during service
  • Support the training and development of junior front-of-house team members
  • Build strong product knowledge across our food and beverage offering
  • Make thoughtful recommendations to guests, driving sales through exceptional service
  • Ensure service standards are consistently maintained
  • Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance

About You

You'll be:

  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • An experienced waiter or waitress ready to take the next step, or an existing Head Waiter / Waitress seeking a new opportunity
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Calm and organised under pressure
  • A natural team player who enjoys supporting and developing others
  • Knowledgeable about food, wine and service standards
  • Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
