Come and join the team at The Parlour, one of London’s most stylish hotel lounges, located within Kimpton Fitzroy London as a Full Time Waiting Team Member.

Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitz’s Russell Sq. features three opulent spaces with unique personalities. Fitz’s Brasserie, a sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes elevated from modern palates, and Fitz’s Bar & Parlour, a glamorous drinking den and all-day parlour. Here guests can dine on quintessentially British cuisine, sip finely crafted cocktails and savour a late-night tipple (or two). Here local foodies and intrepid travellers alike gather to create memorable tales.

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2 minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays!

About the Role

As a Waiting Team Member you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.

We’re looking for charismatic, confident and passionate team members to deliver unforgettable service in an elegant, fast-paced luxury environment. From morning coffees to evening cocktails, The Parlour is where timeless glamour meets modern hospitality and our team are at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating memorable guest experiences with warm, personalised service. 
  • Serving food, cocktails, wines and premium beverages with confidence and attention to detail.
  • Building genuine connections with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere. 
  • Working closely with an energetic and supportive front of house team. 
  • Bringing personality, professionalism and passion to every shift. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or luxury hospitality environment. 
  • A natural people person with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive energy and a team-focused attitude. 
  • Passion for food, drink and exceptional guest service. 
  • Someone who thrives in a vibrant, busy environment.
  • Availability to work 40hrs per week
