Waking Night Care Assistant Required – Medway Towns

We are looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Waking Night Care Assistant to provide dedicated overnight support to one client in their own home in the Medway Towns.

This is a rewarding opportunity to build a positive, trusting relationship with one client and provide consistent, person-centred care throughout the night.

The Role

As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you will provide dedicated support throughout the night, helping to ensure our client is safe, comfortable and well cared for. Would suit an experienced Live-in Care Assistant.

Your duties may include:

  • Providing reassurance and companionship throughout the night
  • Supporting with personal care, where required
  • Assisting with mobility and repositioning
  • Supporting with medication, where required and following appropriate training
  • Responding to the client's needs during the night
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in wellbeing
  • Providing support with toileting and continence needs, where required
  • Light housekeeping related to the client's care
  • Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times
  • Maintaining accurate care records and communicating with the care team
