Position: Waking Night Project Worker
Location: Cressex Road, High Wycombe
Salary: £12,588 per annum
Hours: Part-time (18 hours per week)
Join our caring team at Cressex Road, a friendly supported living home for six adults aged 34-91. We work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where each person feels supported, understood and empowered to live as independently as possible.
The Role
- Support vulnerable adults overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing
- Provide personal care when required, always upholding dignity
- Offer emotional support and respond to any crises
- Administer medication and complete light household tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the property remains secure
- Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needs

Shifts:
- 10pm - 7am on Mondays & Sundays
About You
- You are caring, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to adapt to different needs and communicate well with others.
- You value collaboration, inclusion, and person-centred support.
- Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.
