At Rocester Children's Home
We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, yet stimulating environment in which young people of all ages who have previously experienced emotional, social and academic failure and rejection in order to stabilise their behaviour. We believe that wherever possible children and young people benefit from living within a family environment therefore we try to replicate a caring and supportive setting, and so the objective of the home is to provide opportunities for each young person to learn and grow and make informed choices about their own future, whilst offering an environment in which they can take time to rebuild and move forward from any bad experiences in their life.

The Role
While the world sleeps, as a Waking Nights Support Worker you will be making a real difference! You'll help create a safe, supportive, and caring environment where children and young people can feel secure and settled. Providing overnight care, supervision, and support to children and young people within the home, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and emotional needs are met throughout the night.
