About Us
We are a new Supported Living service in Hailsham and want dedicated people to join us. We are looking for x3 Waking Night Support Workers, with hours varying from 20-30 hours. Your role will involve working alongside adults with a learning disability to help them to realise their potential, live life to the full, build independent skills, and live their best life. The role is varied, no two days will be the same.

About the Role

What We Are Looking For
- Ability to provide support in a person-centred way, demonstrating respect, kindness, and sensitivity at all times with all aspects of their care needs
- Can communicate both verbally and in written form with the individuals we support, and other professionals/families involved in their care
- Able to work in a team and independently, using their initiative and know when to seek further guidance from others
- Able to meet the travel requirements for the post

Interviews will take place in person at CSS office at Linden Court in Eastbourne week commencing 24 August 2026 once the shortlisting has taken place.
