Role Description
Waking Night Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!
Location
Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary
£13.69 per hour (£19220.76 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours
27 hours per week – stability you can count on
Driving Licence
A valid driving license is required (Manual, UK)
Visa Sponsorship Is Not Available

What You’ll Need
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Previous experience in a care/support setting
- A valid manual UK driving licence
- The legal right to live and work in the UK
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people you will take care of while staying awake
- Being vigilant at all times as anything can happen any time while you are on shift.
- Ensuring the people, you will assist and their families, are treated with respect, dignity, and equality
- Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
- Keeping accurate support notes – every detail matters.
